Here's the final digital copy of my second project, from here I used overly wet paint pens and oil pastels to give a messy, natural, Filthadelphia type feel on the buildings.

    Go ahead and post the tile for project 03 you are using as it would provide a nice contrast to some of the others people have been working on.
